The only problem with them losing is that we all know they won't shut up about the unfairness and they'll keep trying to get the ruling overturned, they should have a law that says if we say it's the law it's the law for 20 years unless repealed by Parliament. Same thing happened in Denmark, they voted against joining the single currency and of course they had to have another vote because that wasn't the answer the minority wanted.
